Fink’s Jewelers comes to Middle Tennessee

A longstanding family business has brought a sparkle to Franklin – Fink’s Jewelers held a grand opening and ribbon cutting hosted by Williamson, Inc. last Thursday at the newest of 10 total storefronts.

“I’m thrilled to be here surrounded by one of my favorite things which is diamonds,” said Claudia Zuazua, community development manager at Williamson, Inc., in her introduction. Zuazua is moving to a new position within the chamber after nine years coordinating ribbon cuttings and other community programs, but said she is glad to celebrate one last time with Fink’s.

Nathan Fink founded Fink’s Jewelers in Roanoke, Virginia, in 1930. Now, nearly 100 years later, the business is still in the family with the third and fourth generations running the show. The jewelry providers have grown intentionally, expanding locally before moving to other nearby states including North Carolina and Tennessee. The Franklin location marks just the second store in the state and the only in Middle Tennessee.

“We are very excited to be a part of the community,” Jeanette Keith, store manager, said. “This area is amazing – Franklin is growing.”

Keith hopes to serve the growing community with a wide variety of designers, brands and services all in one beautiful building.

“There are a lot of services we can offer you; this is a one stop shop,” Keith said. “This is the only store in Tennessee, as well, that you can walk in and find all of the designers, all of the brands under one roof.”

Some names you’ll see decorating display cases and walls around the store include Rolex, Cartier, Tudor, David Yurman, Roberto Coin, Lagos and more. The jewelers also tote their own collection of diamonds and stones fittingly named after the founder’s wife, Sabel Fink.

Whether you’ve had your eye on a specific piece, need a refitting or just want to explore and admire the shiny displays, Fink’s Jewelers is ready to welcome you.

“Our philosophy is based on just kind of doing the right thing,” assistant store manager Mikey Ballou said. “Aside from selling jewelry and appreciating the responsibilities that come with being brand ambassadors, we’re happy just to have people in just to hang out.”
