HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Spoiler alert: After three seasons, fans were left with a cliffhanger in the series finale of “NCIS: Hawaii.”
It was an ominous ending as Vanessa Lachey’s character Jane Tenant is confronted by her former mentor who hasn’t been seen since season 2.
But with CBS canceling the crime series, fans will be left wondering what could have been.
The network cited financial and performance issues and reportedly will not sell the rights to another station or platform.
This means, CBS would have to renew the series for any new episodes to air.
